feeling blue

I've been a little tired this week, really busy with the kids and all of the last week of school activities. I don't know what it is with me...just a lot going on I guess, I'm feeling a little blue... :0(

One thing was that I sprained my ankle at my son's Pre-K Graduation...nice. Oh, it hurt so bad too! Still hurts! So that's a bummer...

Also, my house seems to never stay clean these days...that makes me feel just...yuk.

These are the downfalls of having a tiny business as a stay at home mommy. I feel like I am always working and never getting anything done! Oh well, at least I can be home, I am thankful for that.

I've been working on a few special requests from some sweet girlies over at my etsy shop, Sugar*Sugar.

I have one gal who would like 30 vintage trims! So that was a fun project for me... so pretty!

I love the way they turned out...so nice together!

I have also been busy making more Vintage Birdy Baskets...I've had 5 people order them!

So, needless to say, lots of other things have not yet been completed...like the Crafty Cups...but have not fear! I am trying my very best to finish them up this weekend! :0)

Today is the last day of school for the kids, so I am off to the school for the class parties...I'll try not to cry.

I love all your little creations! And let me say that I too have a hard time keeping the house clean while running a tiny business and chasing after my boys! Sometimes I just pick one room and if I can get that room clean that is good enough to make me feel a little bit better. But overall, a mess = love and fun and good times and creativity. I guess it is a trade off...

My husband who "was" a neat freak tells me to imagine the house when my kids are grown and there is nothing laying around. Always turns my mood around. I'd rather have the mess. I hope you get to feeling better this weekend. Hugs!
