I know I need to pop in for a bit of an update, maybe tomorrow, but, before that I HAD to quickly stop in and share this while it's still fresh!
I will add a link to the segment as soon as I find one!
***JUST FOUND THE LINK Here!***
So, what I wanted to say about it is that I was literally brought to tears while watching it.
Etsy is only 3 years old, and I've been there for just under 1 year and I just feel like I'm a part of something really meaningful and so much greater than we can all express. It feels validating to have someone like Martha Stewart say, "You are encouraging entrepreneurial behavior in the biggest and best way."
and anyway it was like some cosmic "So THERE!" was spoken from the airwaves.
In my own life, I just want to say to the people who tried to take me down and tell me I had no value are totally wrong. Being on etsy, isn't what gives me value, but it has helped me on my journey to discover my talents and abilities in a whole new way.
I hope the little goodies I sell in same way bring joy and happiness to others in a deeper way than initially expressed. I love being surrounded by beautiful things, they inspire and motivate me to be a better person and to work more diligently.
So, thank you Martha Stewart for finding a treasure in Rob Kalin, thank you Rob Kalin for finding a treasure in me.
